Why Am I Not Receiving Emails From Carepay?

If you’re a workers' compensation vendor partner or medical service provider and aren’t receiving any emails from us, including setup invites or payment notifications, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. You're checking the wrong inbox

The most common reason our customers miss our emails is that they check the wrong email account. Please double-check that you’re looking at the email address used when completing the "Get Started" form.

2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes, important emails can be mistakenly filtered into your personal or company’s spam folders. Please check these folders to see if the invite email was directed there. Work with your company’s network administrator to release any quarantined emails and follow step #4 in this guide if needed.

3. Verify Email Address

Double-check that the email address you provided is correct and that there were no typos or errors during registration.

4. Add Our Email Addresses to Your Safe Sender List

To ensure you receive all future communications from us, please have your network administrator add the following email addresses to your safe sender list and whitelist them through your firewall:

Adding these addresses will help prevent essential emails from being blocked or filtered out.

5. Request a Resend of the Invite

If you’ve checked your Spam folder and added the email addresses to your safe sender list but still haven’t received the invite, don't hesitate to contact our support team to request a resend of the setup email. Provide us with your correct email address and any relevant details so we can assist you promptly.
