How to Add, Change, or Delete Your Bank Information for Direct Deposits

Managing your bank information is crucial for ensuring that your direct deposits are processed correctly. This article will guide you through the steps to add, change, or delete your bank details.

Adding or Modifying Your Existing Bank Account is Easy!

Step 1: Log in to Your Account:

  • Go to our payment portal login page and enter your credentials HERE.

Step 2: Navigate to Bank Information:

  • Once logged in, go to the Settings or Profile section.

  • Click on Bank Information or Payment Methods.

Step 3: Add, Modify, or Remove an existing saved bank account.

Adding An Account:

  • Click the dark gray "Add New Account" button to add another bank account to your payment portal. (Follow this article for more information on adding your first bank account details.) Adding additional accounts lets you choose which account you want your funds deposited into when accepting an ACH payment.

Modifying or Removing an Existing Bank Account:

  • Click the "My Bank Accounts" dropdown menu to select the account you want to modify.

  • Once you've selected the account you want to modify, update any fields in your existing bank account and click the dark gray "Update Your Account" button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

Removing an Existing Bank Account:

  • After you've selected the account you want to remove from the dropdown menu, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the orange "Remove Bank Account" button to confirm your choice.

Important Notes

  • Verification: After adding or changing your bank account, a micro-deposit may be sent for verification. You must confirm the deposit amount to ensure the account is correctly linked.

  • Primary Account: If you have multiple bank accounts registered, ensure you designate a Preferred Payment Method, indicating which account you want your funds to be automatically deposited into if you do not accept the payment within three days of issuance.

  • Customer Support: If you encounter any issues or have questions, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
