How to Find Your Company ID
Introduction
Your Company ID is essential for completing various enrollment and verification processes. This guide will help you locate your Company ID based on your company type. For medical service providers, the company ID is called the External ID on the Explanation of Review (EOR). For non-medical service providers, your Company ID is your Tax ID.
IMPORTANT NOTE IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS:
If you have multiple locations, each will have a unique Company ID. This is crucial if you want each location to receive its own invoice payment notifications and acceptances or if you prefer all invoice notifications for all locations to go to a single email address.
If you want notifications sent to each location individually, you MUST submit and complete the form for each one and include the Company ID for each location. If you have too many locations to submit manually, please email [email protected], or call 888-409-8662, and our team will assist you in simplifying the process.
For Medical Service Providers Requiring EORs with Invoice Payments:
Finding Your External ID on the EOR
Locate the EOR Document:
Find the EOR (Explanation of Review) document you received from us.
Identify the Upper Left Section:
Look at the upper left half of the EOR document. This section contains important information about your company.
Find the External ID:
Within this section, you will see the External ID. This is your Company ID, and it is typically labeled as "External ID" for easy identification.
