Accessing Your EOB/EOR Documents - SharePoint
Carepay's partners provides Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Explanation of Review (EOR) documents securely through a shared Office 365 SharePoint folder. Follow the steps below to access your documents safely and efficiently.

1. Receiving Your SharePoint Access
To ensure secure access, folder access is by invitation only. Carepay or its partners will grant permissions and send an invitation to your organization's designated billing email address and any additional requested contacts. Your invitation will look like this:
If you did NOT receive the invitation, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder before contacting [email protected] for assistance. If you want to request additional team members access to the folder, please email us.
Click the Folder link or "Open" blue button in the email to access the shared folder.
Alternatively, you can click on one of the EOB/EOR links you've received with a recent payment to prompt the login if you didn't find the invitation.
2. Logging into SharePoint
a. After clicking one of the links in the email invitation, or an EOB/EOR link you've received in a recent payment, you will be directed to this page to log in to access the EOB/EOR remittance details.
How you log in to Microsoft SharePoint depends on whether you already have a Microsoft account.
This section will be for those who HAVE an existing Microsoft Account:
Once you click on the link in the email or an EOB/EOR link, you will be directed to this screen:
The gray section will default to the email address associated with your Microsoft account. If this email is different from the billing email address you provided to Carepay, please contact [email protected] and share your Microsoft account email, along with any other team member email addresses that should have access to the EOB/EORs for your invoice payments.
This section will be for those who DO NOT HAVE an existing Microsoft Account:
b. Enter your email address and click "Next."
c. You will now see the screen below, letting you know that a one-time passcode will be sent to your email address:
d. The email will look like the screenshot below.
e. Copy and Paste, or enter, the Account Verification Code into the login prompt shown in step c, and again below:
f. Grant permission to the Payor to capture your login data for security purposes, as shown below:
g. You're in! Great job. Your folder may be empty the first time you log in and view it. No need to worry. Your ePayments folder will grow as your ePayments start and will contain EOB/EORs for payments issued within the past 30 days. For your security, EOB/EORs will be deleted after 30 days.
